Workout at Home-Frog Leg Raises for abs

This is the Frog Leg Raise For Abs from the convict conditioning workout program (affiliate link).

The goal here is to keep your legs as straight as possible. Watching the video you may notice I need to work on my flexibility. This is the ab exercise I am trying to get the prescribed number of reps per the Convict Conditioning Workout. To really burn your abs put your arms straight out to your sides like a ‘T’.
