This is the 1 leg ball squat from the Convict Conditioning Workout and this is where it gets hard. The ball is used to help you get have a little leverage in the low point of this exercise. At this point in the progression you should be strong enough to perform this exercise but the balance is required. Take your time with this one so you can perfect it.
