Non -Boring Exercise: Break Dancing Moves to Workout at Home

This is one of the exercises I am learning to do to so I can stop going to the gym and work out at home. This is great for your back and flexibility. I think the folks in break dancing call this the “stab”. You ought to give it a shot.
