  2. Min 5:00-5:20 Run as hard as you can
  3. Min 5:20-5:30 Light jog
  4. Min 5:30-5:50 Run as hard as you can
  5. Min 5:50-6:00 Light jog
  6. Min 6:00-6:20 Run as hard as you can
  7. Min 6:20-6:30 Light jog
  8. Min 6:30-6:50 Run as hard as you can
  9. Min 6:50-7:00 Light jog
  10. Min 7:00-7:20 Run as hard as you can
  11. Min 7:20-7:30 Light jog
  12. Min 7:30-7:50 Run as hard as you can
  13. Min 7:50-8:00 Light jog
  14. Min 8:00-8:20 Run as hard as you can
  15. Min 8:20-8:30 Light jog
  16. Min 8:30-8:50 Run as hard as you can
  17. Min 8:50-9:00 Light jog
